I upgraded to the 7” fillet knife when I had to replace my 6” fillet knife. I fillet a lot of fish and I found that I needed one just a little bit longer. So happy with this purchase.

As a professional chef, when you come upon a new tool that works better than expected it is always a delight. I find myself using the filet knife for other uses, especially slicing tomatoes and onions. It is a breeze on breaking down delicate fish. I highly recommend Wüstof’s Classic 7" Fillet Knife!

I have a pretty complete set of Wusthof knives, but as a hunter and fisherman, I have always wanted a quality filet knife. To say that I am extremely pleased and happy with this purchase; would be a huge understatement! I am looking forward to adding more knives, especially specialty knives, to my set.
