Assiette plate Yanco BL-112 (Ensemble de 12)

Plates are very pretty and nice quality but the only problem is if you can get all 12 without some of them being broken. Company needs to do more when packing the plates. I don't think packing them in three boxes is going to protect all 12 plates. You need better padding. Me being a senior citizen and trying to pack up this very heavy box of plates is a pain and a big wast of time. You should just replace the plates and forgot the return in my opinion because this is a big headache. If I didn't need all 12 I would just have said "for get it".
