It makes rice perfectly! The process takes longer than I expected (1 hour +), and sometimes I get a bit confused about how much water to put in (methods/instructions are a bit different than normal USA ways), but when I use it regularly it's easy - when I don't for a few months, I forget how, and the instructions aren't that helpful. But, the rice turns out SO WELL! And that's remarkable when you always deal with a whole grain rice (brown).

I haven't used all the features, but those I have used were great. Rice turned out good and the keep warm option works well.
