The juicer works very well. I have arthritis in my hands so I can’t use the squeeze type, but this takes the effort out of it. I got the mid black one, and wish the piece that comes down to press the fruit was made of stainless steel so it would be shiny to match the rest of the juicer. It is duller than the stainless parts and isn't as smooth. Otherwise, I would give it a full 5 stars.

Worked well at first but then started getting a black dust on the silver part of the juice press and black paint flecks in the juice itself. Wayfair was contacted and gave a replacement immediately. Great customer service from Wayfair - bad product.

I’ve never heard of the Zulay brand before I saw this juicer on Wayfair, and I’m so happy that I did. Zulay has by far the best customer service that I have ever experienced from a retailer. My order was lost and they sent a new one with overnight shipping. I ordered the copper one and it looks great and is strong, sturdy, professional grade. Also easy to clean.

I highly recommend this product. It’s durable, easy to clean, and gets all the juices out of the fruit! After trying my homemade oj, I tried the oj that I purchased from the store and it does not taste the same anymore. Nothing beats homemade oj! I do recommend peeling the Skin off the orange for better taste (takes away the bitter).

Lovely product. I gave it a 3 stars because it doesn’t it doesn’t lift higher level for a larger cup or bowl which is very inconvenient.
