I really like the shape of this toaster. It’s still working after a few years now so hopefully many more years to go.

Finally a toaster that fully toasts heavy artisinal bread, without having to toast it twice. The toaster is very attractive and sleek; a surprise was that it was a silvery grey, and not stainless steel, and, at over 16" in length, it is definitely the biggest long-slice toaster we've ever had, and will be an issue if you have not much counter space. It's quiet, and well built. I wish the controls were on the front where you can see them, rather than being on the end. Still, I would buy this again.

This is a terrible toaster and I would like to return it. It toasts the bread unevenly and the edges of the bread burn.

Now that we have been using this toaster for over two months I have to say that I am extremely happy and satisfied with the purchase. Anything you toast comes out perfect every time. It is easy to clean and it looks very sleek and modern in the counter. It is a pretty simple device with only couple of options, basically simple toaster that does what it’s supposed to do.
