Support à sandwich Enfinigy, 2 fentes longues

Haven't used this rack yet but the quality is excellent and I plan to purchase a second one very soon. I have used this style before with great results.

I can’t use this sandwich rack in my regular toaster. It’s only compatible with a Zwilling bread toaster.

I may have finally found a way to cook a taco in the toaster. I’m not keen on frying tortillas, so keep looking for other ways to cook tacos. The jury is still out on how it will work in the long term, but so far it’s been good. I just don’t know about the cheese.

Zwilling are so inventive, this sandwich rack is awesome. As yet I have had no leeks from runny cheese, I use the bagel mode with the bread, once toasted to perfection on one side I pop my grated cheese and fillings on the toasted side and then pop it back this time into the sandwich rack to complete the toasting...my first try was so good I raided the fridge for more cheese to grate and sliced some more onion and repeated. Admittedly I used really tasty cheese and herb sourdough slices and creamy Double Gloucester cheese from England plus home grown onions.
