This knife is lightweight enough for everyday use and quite sharp. Well made and precise. Exactly what I expect from a Zwilling knife.

This knife is top notch. Its grip is perfect and my husband was so surprised with the quality.

I was surprised to find it was very light weight, but was initially pleased. However, it didn't keep it's edge and has begun to rust between the blade and handle. This is not the quality I expected from such a distinguished company.

This knife has made the job of prep work so much more satisfying! Once I saw how this thing sliced through a tomato I was convinced! I can’t wait to go to my knife skills class at Sur La Table with this thing (and in case anyone wasn’t aware, they will sharpen your knife for you!). I can tell this knife is going to last a long time and is very well made.

I WAS SKEPTICAL WHEN I ORDERED THIS KNIFE BUT USING IT NOW, IT IS THE BEST KNIFE I have ever owned. It is weighted so well and the knife is so sharp it is a breeze cutting items as I cook. I would recommend this knife if you are in the market for sharp, high quality knives.
