We're happy with this product and it's a decent size for a wok. Please note that the glass lid shattered for us after its first use of simply streaming vegetables. However, after a quick message to Wayfair customer service, they shipped a full replacement no questions asked. That's solid customer service. No issues with the new wok and lid.

I am a zwilling fan and I bought this wok online but the lid exploded last week for no reason. Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo as I was so scared and shocked when I heard that terrible “bang” sound and was busy to clean the broken pieces of glass that were scattered everywhere in the kitchen. I noticed from the reviews that quite a few customers had the same issue. I request a replacement. Please respond to this request as soon as possible.

I bought this steamer a while ago This week, the glass cover exploded with a loud explosion sound in the hands of my wife.. Fortunately, she only got a few scratches. I need a replacement. I saw that someone had the same problem Please respond to my request.

I got this specifically for steaming, since the 13" steaming insert is huge, it fits my other 14" woks as well. It is simple, elegant, and steams exceptionally well. Grains, vegetables, fish, chicken, it steams it all like a champ and it doesn't pick up any odors. Better than our plastic electric steamer for sure. The wok itself is OK, it performs as well as any 3 ply stainless steel pan would. It fries and stir fries without sticking, its 6" bottom firmly sits flat on the burner, it is exceptionally lightweight and the handles stay cool for a very long time, practically forever. It is made in China, but it is still a 18/10 stainless steel product, so there is nothing wrong with that. A new pan has to be thoroughly cleaned from the black residue on it (steel dust left over from polishing the steel) and then it is very easy to maintain.

It’s a really nice design, easy to store (steamer on the bottom, wok inside, and the lid on the top with the handle facing down). Plus, such a huge steamer opens up all sorts of possibilities, like cooking rice noodles. This is certain to see pretty much daily use in our home.
