This is a very unique and versatile roaster! The lid and base are both stovetop safe, and work great for searing, reducing sauces/gravy, and so far for me it has resisted warping. I frequently use this to sear beef roasts, legs of lamb, etc, before roasting or braising. Works well for chickens, not quite big enough for a turkey. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a mid-size roasting pan with some fantastic versatility built in.

Great quality and it is hard to find a roaster that works on induction .. making gravy after you roast a turkey is essential. Love it..not a huge pan but would hold about a 20lb bird.
