Zwilling Pro 17-piece Knife Block Set

We've owned this Zwilling Pro 17 pc Knife set for a few years, and it's still in excellent condition. Knives are sharpened as needed, and they are quite sharp, making prep work a breeze; even for arthritic hands. They're perfectly weighted and balanced with comfortable handles. We use every knife in the set regularly, and the scissors are fantastic, too. The block is also good quality, quite sturdy. Have a third (top) rack in the dishwasher, allowing me to place the smaller bladed pieces in slots, and lay the large blades flat. They come out looking great, with no rusting. I air dry (no heat option), remove them immediately, give them a wipe with toweling and store. If I was younger, I'd hand wash, but the dishwasher method has worked quite well. Very pleased with this set. It will last for many more years.

These knives are simply exquisite. I was leery of the price tag, but have been astounded how smoothly they glide through anything. No more fighting to saw through food or packaging. The most concerning thing now is avoiding cutting myself by accident!

We received this knife block set for our wedding. It has been a great addition to the kitchen. The wood is great quality and adds style to our countertops. The knives are easily cleaned and durable. Let’s get into the sharpness! We have had no issues with how sharp these are. Great for cutting meat, bread, cakes, fruits you name it!
