After opening the container, the first thing that I noticed was the feel-good weight of the knives and scissors, their precise sharpness, and the beautiful shine the metal had as it reflected the light. Cleaning and using the knives was very comfortable, the handle feels just right in my hand and I feel secure guiding my blade with them. I haven’t had weeks to use them to give a well rounded review yet, but I am impressed and very grateful to have received this set!
