I have used this for smaller juicy foods of all types. Has a great thickness and feel.

I really wanted to like this cutting board but it is way too soft. The first time I used it to cut up some bread the knife left 2 gouges in the surface with the bamboo splintering up. Hopefully my return will be authorized.

Great little cutting board. I like the size, it's so handy to use and clean versus my larger boards. So far, it seems very durable and well made.

I am liking this board. Really easy to use and wash. Easy lift with handles on the side. Perfect texture lasts long.
