Considering the size and the quality 5-ply stainless steel used to make this wok, it is much lighter than expected, which makes it good to cook with. One thing that really stood out for me is the shape of the pan with its top edges straight up instead of being angled, making it super easy to keep food inside the pan when cooking—way less likely to make a mess! I thought that was a very thoughtful touch. Overall this has become the best wok I’ve ever used! I highly recommend!
