This is a gorgeous, high quality roaster. The best I have ever owned. Love using it!

The first turkey we cooked was 18lbs and it fit perfectly. The second turkey we cooked was 25 lbs and even though it fit with just minor overhang I would not use with over 20 lb turkey. The rack came apart when lifting the bird out after cooking. The rack still held the weight of the bird but it could have gone terribly wrong as it was flexing with the weight. Cleanup is super easy provided you don't let it sit for hours. slight discoloration on the inside but no big deal. I didn't use it on the stove top as I decided to pour off the juices into a clean smaller pot to make the gravy. The juices all came out with a spatula likely because my bird was cooked at 300 degrees Fahrenheit on convection setting. The raw turkey in the photo is 25 lbs and the cooked turkey is 18 lbs
