Choosing knives are so difficult, either too heavy, too light or just feels awkward and doesn’t seem like a heavy quality item that will last, these knives are I think a good in between , they are Cooshy and feel good in your hand which helps with fatigue so I definitely suggest this purchase !

Beautiful set of knives. The handle fits comfortably in your hand. The handle is heavy, solid, a good weight to it. The knives are quite sharp. So far I’ve used them to chop raw vegetables and they worked great. Look as pictured on line. Shipped and arrived quickly.

To start...this set replaces a knife set I received as a wedding gift in 92. Amazing quality and just designed so well. The Santoku knife is the perfect thickness on top to place pressure when cutting vegetables and mincing garlic. The Chefs knife cut through the chicken with ease. Definitely a upgrade!!
