I am on my 2nd week or 3rd week of using this for about 2-3 times a week, so far it is a really heavy duty and great quality pizza pan. Before we use it, I washed it and air dried. Then lather it all around with olive oil. I only use it for pizza, so I don’t wash it all the time instead, just to scrape the crumbs off of it.

This grill pan arrived on time and in great shape. The pan is great for pizza, both on the grill and in the oven. We made homemade pizzas for a crowd, but got rained out, so threw the pan in the oven, cranked it as high as the temp would go, and slung pies. They came out great! We then used it on the grill, which worked great, too! I just have to figure out where I'm going to store it, as it is quite large and heavy.

The size is large which is why I took a picture so you can see it in an large oven. If you have small oven pay attention to size. I have use in oven and on the grill. On the grill besides pizza I seared scallops which came out fantastic. Warning very heavy of course so do not plan on making something and taking it out of oven while hot without two long oven mitts. And strength. The good NEES one side allows you to slide a pizza spatula and take our very easy. If you make pizza often. This is the product for you. I am not sure for the occasional pizza maker it is right because storing is problematic if you do not have large space to put it. Would not fit in the average cabinet and even oven storage would stop you from storing other pans.

This is a very heavy duty cast iron pizza pan. I did not expect it to be this heavy. The material is thick and very sturdy, it looks like it will last a lifetime. It may be used on open fire, charcoal or the oven. It gave me a workout carrying with both hands. I have not used it yet but I love it.
