After waiting weeks and sending several emails to address the situation, I called and was put on hold a very long time. When I finally got ahold of someone I got the results I wanted. Customer service took care of the issue right away which is why I'm updating my review. Saute pan arrived and was not what I expected. I was extremely unhappy when I logged on the website to find this item listed for $20 less and was told they would charge over $11.00 to return. My order totaled over $1,000. I already did this review on the first skillet that I received.. the first one arrived looking like it had been through a hurricane. The shipping box was fine, but the actual box that the skillet was in, was a mess! It was filthy dirty, smashed and torn . The skillet was scuffed, but it still did a nice job cooking. Have cooked many things with it and everything turns out great. You can keep the heat at a lower setting and it cooks evenly and doesn't burn. My family loved the pot roast that I made in it.. Mimi.
