Stainless Steel Fryer Pot: This fryer/steamer pot is made of 304 stainless steel, which is rust-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and discoloration-resistant, meeting your everyday cooking needs

A couple of times a year, I decide to fry something. Unfortunately, I don't really have a fry pot, so this was perfect. It's nice and tall, so you get the depth you need for frying, but it's not so wide that you need a ton of oil. It's nice and high quality, and I love that it comes with a thermometer that is the perfect height for the pot, plus the mesh fryer basket. I think this would also be a good option for pasta, because it's nice and tall. I plan to use this mainly for frying fish, but you could use it for almost anything.. Mike. Chicago, IL. Safe coating: Enamel is a glass-like coating applied to metal that fuses at high temperatures to form a durable, smooth surface. This material is free from harmful chemicals, unlike the majority of modern alternatives with unverified compositions. Enamel coating does not interact with the food or alter its flavour, making it the perfect choice for healthy cooking. Its proven safety makes enamelware a reliable and wholesome alternative to the vastness of uncertain options available today. Hypoallergenic and eco-friendly. PFOA-free. PTFE-free. Crafted for longevity, the pot is made of thick 0.7mm aluminum and covered with high-quality enamel. Don't heat an empty stock pot, and do not cool it abruptly so that the enamel does not crack or change colour, and the pot will serve you for many years.

While it took a while to receive this pot (it disappeared in a delivery black zone for 4 days), it still arrived in time for my annual apple butter making day. I am not really complaining about the delivery time since it was free, but just want others to know. The pot itself is a good weight, and seems to cook evenly when I used it for my lasagna sauce..
