Wonderful pot. I'm loving all of my enamel coated cast iron cookery. They look Beautiful. With a bit of soaking, clean up easily and completely, unlike cast iron that is un-enameled. Food cooks predictably well. And there's NO WORRY about toxicity leaching into the food you consume!!! The only thing I would say should be taken into consideration when considering adding to or replacing your pots and pans, is to be sure you have a good place to store these when not in use because they are extremely heavy..
