Wonderful quality but had a missing part. They were notified, but never sent the part. Ended up purchasing the part on our own.

The item in the pictures online is not what arrived. When looking at the pictures, you would expect a warm, rich copper color. Instead what arrived is a tarnished piece of tin. Regardless, it is what I want/need for our movie room and will make it work.

They are very nice. Good lighting. I have one too many, it just too long to send me the first one, so I ordered another and then the company sent both?
