A little bit smaller than I expected but still nice

This little lamp looks so cute in my kitchen. My only complaint is how the shade is attached. If you do it according to the instructions, a regular bulb is too large and sticks out above the shade. I ended up just balancing the shade on the light socket shade ring. Maybe I missed something?? The shade is also not perfect, as other reviewers have pointed out, however I trimmed off some of the frayed rattan and it's fine. Anyway, I purchased the matte green and really like it.

Disappointing purchase. The lamp looks nice without the light on, but it does not fit a standard sized light bulb. The listing does not mention this, but you'll likely need a smaller A15-sized bulb. The lampshade is also see-through, so it doesn't diffuse the light emanating from the light bulb, and you can see the entire outline of the bulb, which is not very aesthetically sound.
