This fan didn't mount entirely flush with the ceiling. You'd expect the mounting disc to be flat, but instead there's a raised area on the top which leaves about 1/8" of a gap between ceiling and housing. Other fans I've owned mount perfectly flush. Too bad because it's a nice design and the lighting and speed choices are just right. I have no idea what the manufacturer was thinking :-(

We bought two and they are great! Easy installation Quit motor! Go perfect because of 8 foot ceiling!! We are very happy with them and highly recommend!!

It is a very nice, good-looking fan for a small bedroom (10' x 12'). We purchased two fans for both of our guest bedrooms. We downloaded a mobile app which allows to control the fan - works great! A remote control for one of the fans is a little bit slow to respond, but we decide it wasn't dealbreaker. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.
