This lampshade comes unassembled in a box about the size of a large New York cheesecake. Language in the description doesn’t make it clear that assembly is needed (“adaptation” and assembly are not the same thing.). The shade looks very cheap, and the clips that attach the fabric shade to the hardware are very obvious, especially when the lamp is lit. Fabric comes rolled up and glued to plastic backing. Edges attach to each other with Velcro. The hole that attaches to the harp is large and no washer is included to steady it so with the slightest nudge, the shade will be askew. Would not recommend and would return if it wasn’t such a hassle to disassemble and pack it up.
