This is a very simple but sleek fan. Fairly easy to install but I was only replacing the one that was there prior so all of the connections available. It also helps to have a second det of hands but not mandatory. The remote works great and the light puts off just enough brightness for my family room. It is not bright so if you want that, you will still need a lamp or additional light. I would recommend.

This ceiling fan was pretty easy to install. It works very well. A lot of good, strong air flow is produced in when in use. (I had not used a three blade ceiling fan before. I was not sure if it would feel like less air flowing than what with more blades.) I enjoy having the different light temperatures. The remotes works as it should. Overall, a good choice. I will say that I which the light was flat instead of domed. I am not sure if I am totally pleased with the aesthetic, but it is a good fan. This fan certainly looks better than the what I took down. I would recommend if you like this style fan.

Nice looking fan we used the shortest down rod so it’s semi flush mounted to the ceiling and doesn’t obscure the view through the windows. Assembly was on par with most fan installations. The blades are real wood, but the lens on the light is plastic and looks a bit cheap at this price point.
