When I opened the box the fact that the lamp base was made in 2 parts was very obvious. It’s the first thing one noticed and becomes even more pronounced when lit. However it does not appear that way in your advertising shots. I bought 2 of them. They are not acceptable in this state. When I figure out how, I will return them.
