This chandelier is beautiful once installed, as long as you don’t look too closely. First, the positives - I love the different settings with the remote, you can really tailor it to your esthetic.
The cons, it was a nightmare to install. It came with anchors designed for masonry (see photo) not drywall, which is all we had to install so we had to get the right anchors to hold it up. Then there are the instructions, which are literally a few pictures and like 12 words. The dangling bits are held together with what look like staples or paper clips and they are bent at odd angles. I had to go through and adject nearly all of them before hanging and some of the crystal pieces were scratched. Finally, the install was a nightmare. You definitely need two people minimum and the slot where the anchors hold the chandelier isn’t set, so be sure to measure so your holes align with the bolts. You don’t want to hold this thing above your head any longer than you have to. Also, get some sturdy gloves because the whole thing is uncomfortable to hold with all the metal pieces that keep the crystals in place.
Overall, it looks great but I wish I would have had it installed professionally.
