Bought this but will be returning it. The cables are wrinkly and the balls are not heavy enough to make the cables straight. The ball colours look good but for the ball size is too small. The ball to base ratio in the product photos are a little misleading because of the camera angle. Make sure to try and visualize the ball sizes by using a measuring tape and similar sized objects prior to purchasing. Good product for others but not my staircase with a 30”x 50” opening.

The design is really nice with the smoked black and gold glass lights. The install is not so great. Definitely takes 2 to safely secure the light. It does not come with a sloped ceiling adapter so the base sits slanted on the ceiling which I don’t like very much. The round base looks odd slanted. Also each light has mini led lights you see when you look directly up to the ball light. Wish you could not see the mini led inside the ball. Overall not a fan of the finished product.

Absolutely phenomenal chandelier. Goes perfectly on the staircase leading up to our second floor. The balls are so nice and bright and I love that you can customize the length on each ball. Looks super modern. Dimmable lights are a super nice feature too. Probably one of the nicest hall fixtures I’ve ever seen. 1010 no hesitation purchase right here.

This is a really nice light fixture. It was packaged very nicely so no worrying about it being damaged upon opening. It’s about 20 inches wide and the individual lights are pretty heavy. Overall great purchase

The Donnal 20 inch black gold led chandelier is gorgeous. I got this for a bedroom that is decorated in black and gold. It was very well packed in two boxes, one inside another so it was very well insulated. And each ball of lights were packed like Christmas ornaments. The base is metal and very sharp on the edge careful not to cut your hand. There are white gloves provided to use. The protective film on the outside of the base is a bit hard to get off. We removed the one on the side first and started the face of the base before installation and removed after install so it didntaccidentallyget scratched. It takes two people to install. I held it while the contractor wired it and we needed to line up one hole and attach to one screw before getting the other holes lined up to screw in. We shorten the wires for the balls before installing so the balls are a little out of balanced, but you could adjust it after its installed. To make longer you need to push in on the wires opening and pull out but do not need to do that for shortening. Its advisable to set the length of the balls first. Best to have one person hold the base and pull on the wire while another person hold measuring tape and the ball. Very happy with it and there is a remote to turn onoff and adjust color and dimming. I love it in the bedroom.
