The light is really well made and very attractive. However, it definitely is not dimmable and does not work with a dimmer switch. I have tried and tried. The built in switch on the lamp cuts it off. Also because of this switch, the lamp is not compatible with any smart plugs. To turn on the lamp you must touch the switch. There is no way to leave it in the on position so that it is controlled by a smart plug. For this price it should be both dimmable and compatible with smart plugs.

I love the looks, but you can’t dim it Cannot be connected to a switch activated plug. Switch will turn off only. Annoying

There was no replacement bulb as advertised. While the light might be dimmable, you would have to buy an additional dimmer control. It does not emit as much light as the watt rating suggests it would.

This floor lamp worked out just fine! Quality is the best and I have no issues or complaints!

Good quality lamp, however light is too bright and requires dimming capability.
