Love these sconces so far! Perfect design for the spot and such an upgrade to the old ones I had. Easy to install. The fixtures have aluminum wiring and my light boxes have copper, but I do not think it is a problem since they are indoors. The picture does not do the lighting justice! It looks really nice. I am in the process of getting a dimmer switch for them because it would be nice to be able to dim them, due to them being in my living room, in case we want a more cozy vibe. It has a square-shaped steel backplate and an arm that holds a hand-stitched leather stem. This stem rises into a classic linen empire shade, which covers a 60W bulb (sold separately). This wallchart is also dimmable, so you can control the amount of ambient light you want. It's also rated for damp locations and safe to use in bathrooms with steamy showers.
