Fan works well and was easy to assemble (took approximately 40 minutes for assembly with install without instructions). The remote it comes with has better functionality and responsiveness than most of the other fans I’ve installed, and can be wall mounted anywhere you like. Setup is perfect for any single switch with 2-wire, so you don’t need an additional switch to operate fanlight separately (Just don’t lose the remote). Light kit does not come with bulbs. Very nice if you want a shiny metal blade. It does weigh a ton. I was surprised how heavy it is. Note that it has a 16” down rod but there aren’t any extra rods and you aren’t able to add any to it, even though I ask that question before buying and the emailed response was deceiving because they just stated that Wayfair sells extra extension. Beautiful fan..however very difficult to put together as the pictures reflect, it came in multiple pieces with many screw wires. This is not a job for a novice. I definitely recommend hiring a professional not only to mount electrical wire it but to put all the pieces together. Unfortunately I wasnt able to put it together to show a completed picture.
