Broke after a few months of use. Terrible. Now they want me to pay for labor when this is clearly a cheap and flawed product. I would not buy if it was 100$. The DEL light insert had a weird infiltration after a few weeks only. Then the latch broke out of nowhere and the del insert fell on my cooktop, damaging it. What are Zephyr customer service telling me? I have to pay for labor, even though it was installed 8 months ago because you know, you buy your stuff before the day you install them when you renovate. This is a 1000$ I will never see again. Cheap cheap cheap. AVOID!
