Installed it yesterday. Took about 30 minutes. The towels don't feel hot enough in my opinion, but the towel warmer is definitely as hot as it can be. Any hotter and someone could get burned! Probably need to leave it on longer so the towels have more time to soak in the heat. One thing that could be improved is the location of the attachments. The ones on the right of the unit line up with the electrical connection so you can't anchor the unit into a stud on that side. I had to install the unit a little off centered in my space because of that. Btw. The instructions are not very good. But fairly easy to install.

Why isn’t there an on off switch on this unit?

I use my heated towel rack every day. This one fit my space best. It heats the towels within about 30 minutes. I'm very pleased.

This product is very very good. One of the best Iput it in my house. It’s very convenient. Specially, for the bathroom to warm up the towels. If you have a little baby, this is one of the best.

The dimensions are misleading. The depth is incorrectly stated. Specs say 2.5", but this is just for the actual unit without including the wall brackets. The addition of the wall brackets increases the depth, giving a total projection from the wall of 4". All other brands include the wall brackets in their depth specs, so buyers are not really comparing apples to apples when it comes to the depth measurements. The depth was extremely important to me, and I bought this particular towel rail because I thought it would project out less from the wall than other brands. I would have purchased a more reasonably priced product instead if I knew then what I know now.
