Petite banquette parfaite pour un petit espace extérieur. Montage fait par une personne seule. Elle est légère mais semble solide. Elle est confortable. Aucun regret elle est adoptée !

Arrived broken. The first step in the process is to open up the cushions, guess what, they won’t fit in the box if you have to return it. Told Wayfair representatives numerous times that I needed three shipping labels. Went to FedEx and only one label printed. Wayfair says they can process my request for more labels in 1 to 2 days and then I can ship it out then. Horrible customer service process. Never choose the text option, they will never contact you. This couch is not good quality. Do not order it and do not expect an easy return process from Wayfair. The only saving grace is when I was able to get a service person on the phone by calling. She was amazing and went above and beyond to get me labels in under 30 minutes so I did not have to take another trip. Always call. It has now been a month since I returned my item and it still says refund pending, be wary of this item.
