Really great quality and value. Cushions arrive vacuum sealed but expand once opened

TERRIBLE quality. They come vacuum sealed and rolled up. We took them out thinking they’d fluff up, but they haven’t. The back cushions look like they’ve been through a washing machine and the fluff is all balled up. The seat cushions haven’t expanded to their full form either. Some aren’t a perfect square and some still have turned corners. If I hadn’t bought so many, and if it wouldn’t be a total pain to box them up, I’d return them. Unfortunately I’m stuck with them!

These replacement cushions were a nice fit for the chair. I was expecting the cushions to come with the outer fabric already on them, but instead both the bottom and back cushion needed the covers put on. It was a bit difficult to get the covers on and the corners where they needed to be. They look OK, but the cover is a bit off from the cushion. The outer fabric is on the thin side and is coarsely woven and not as sleek as the original fabric so it's hard to slide or move in the chair without sticking to the fabric. All in all, the cushion does its job and was decent for the price. The back cushion cannot be flipped because it has a split back for the cushion to be inserted.
