5 stars for the chair itself. 5 stars for Wayfair customer service. NEGATIVE stars for packaging. While the product itself is perfectly fine, and exactly what I was looking for, the packaging is a DISASTER!!!! Fortunately Wayfair has been great to work with to get replacements. I ordered 20 barstools for a project. They put 5 in a box labeled for 4, but should really only hold 2. The boxes are flimsy, and the tops of the chairs stick out. Out of a box of 5, I might get 3 that aren't damaged. Still working to get all 20. (The photos are a sample of 4 different boxes I've received.) Buyer Beware!
