I was hesitant on ordering this through wayfair for a few reasons, due to its my first spa, the amount of money and I would have to hire my own mover to its location. If you deal with a store they take care of everything for the most part. After my research for about a year I decided this particular Insight spa was the better option (price point, quality, warranty, jets features etc.) and I was not disappointed. I do want to mention it says 7 people yes the seating is available but I feel it can comfortably fit 4 adults but that's my opinion and that is way ok for my needs. My delivery went well slight delay but no damage, the tub was packaged really well. I did call Strong Spa customer service, did not wait long on the phone to find where the control was for the water feature and the agent sent me a photo and was very helpful. I truly love this spa it has everything I need and felt I made a good decision despite being a tad fearful. I did buy a thermo type cover to place over the spa cover for the winter because I live in Northern Indiana to help keep heater pump from kicking on as much. I hope this spa will last me quite awhile. Over all given my experience with wayfair customer service and Strong Spa customer service along with some things I had to coordinate for myself without the help of a local store I would do it again for sure.

This hot tub has been fantastic! We have used it year round with no problems. Tub is simple, basic, and solid. Our climate here deep freezes, and we just throw a moving blanket or 2 over the lid when we expect sub zero temps. Its really an efficient little tub. Idk about 7, but 4 people seat comfortably.

One of the best investment we have ever made Added an amazing addition to my property Thanks Wayfair for the payment plan with Wayfair credit card

Great hot tub for the price. It has a very high-end look and feel, with plenty of space, powerful jets, and a great overall design. It has been an excellent addition to our Airbnb property, and guests consistently compliment it and mention how much they enjoy using it during their stay. It looks far more expensive than it actually is and has been a great value. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it. Setup was straightforward, and so far it has been reliable, easy to maintain, and a fantastic amenity for our guests.

Best purchase ever !! We are so happy with our jacuzzi. It brings us hours of joy I do recommend it highly.
