It doesn’t have a tie do I’m a little concerned during storms that it will blow away!

Good quality and nice material. The other thing that I like about it is the crank that is used for raising and lowering the umbrella.

Didn’t actually fit the umbrellas. They were too big, although the same sizes were specified on listing.
