The potting bench is exactly as pictured/described. It is of good quality. The only concern we had was with assembly. There are several pieces, each of which was supposed to be lettered to agree with the instructions. Some of the pieces were not lettered so it took a bit longer to figure out the correct assembly.

We also use it as a bar when we have parties in the back yard ! well build as welll

I purchased one of these benches while shopping for a stand for my BBQ grill. Well, I assemble the bench in my garage and I LOVE it, it's really a Great Product. It never made it outside yet for a grill stand yet as I was making some Halloween decorations on the bench in my garage and continue to use it in my garage. it's great for building things on. The storage area is excellent with hinged door and drawer. People wrote in on the drawer sticking, just rub some candle wax on the areas that make contact, this will help prevent binding....No Biggy... I love and have worked with wood all my life and I could build my own bench but after seeing this one online I decided to give it a Go. I'm very happy that I did because I really like this bench, first of all, because it's made of wood and secondly because it's a very well thought out design. The wood is from renewable sources and is not bad quality...Listen for the price of this Fine Little Masterpiece you CANNOT GO WRONG....Yes you could get something much heavier and more expensive but you must decide what purpose are you buying it for??? If you are looking for a light to medium workbench I highly recommend this one, assembly is quite simple with excellent instructions and part labeling. We bought this table for our outdoor griddle. It is perfect for this purpose. The table is sturdy and the raised edge on three sides keeps the griddle from falling off. The cabinet is perfect to store the propane tank in and the counter area has room for prepping. We love it! We did spray it with a clear coat of waterproofing since it will be outside. That enhanced the stain and now it looks really rich and beautiful!
