This is called a "locking mailbox" in the title, but don't be fooled! It is NOT LOCKING. I even called customer service prior to ordering to MAKE SURE it was locking, and they incorrectly told me that it was. I didn't have time to send it back because I already had the landscape people there who were installing it. So, now I have a non-locking mailbox even though I went to the extra trouble of checking with customer service prior to ordering. Very disappointing.
