Frame bent in the first rain we had. All the water pooled. Not worth the money I paid for it.

Seems sort of worthless since it is to delicate for wind, rain, and any load.

The frame seems to be holding up without any issue. The covering however, did not hold up through its first light rain. Sections all over sagged and held water, causing permanent sagging. I thoroughly inspected each section, as they aren't consistent in where they were damaged, and all straps, poles, retention setters are exactly how they're supposed to be. I ended up taking the whole covering down and attaching a 20mm thick, light-colored tarp. It now seems to be holding up somewhat better. I plan on adding a few extra bars in the open sections, because that's what seems to be causing the issue. Not enough support for the fabric/covering to keep taut. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase. The frame just needs a little more stability, and the covering to be replaced. That aside, I am still happy I purchased. It provides some much-needed shade to my backyard. My dogs like to lie half in and half out. So, I am satisfied.

We did not receive any directions to put together this awning. I have contacted Wayfair customer service and am waiting to hear back. There are too many parts to figure out how to put it together without any instructions. I'll have to insist on being reimbursed if you can't email us instructions in the very near future.

Its solid. Looks very nice.. There was a couple of dings but not bad. And one of the welds was broke on a piece but it didnt affect the stability.
