What I ordered Desc: August Grove Tiemeyer Teak Tete a Tete Bench, Item # 88672 did not match what I got Desc: Elwood Tete a Tete Bench, Item # 89505. One is supposed to made of Teak & the other is made of Shorea wood (which supposedly has the same characteristics of teak). When I brought this up to your customer service department they offered to credit me, yet this sounds like a classic bait & switch.

Update - beautiful piece and followed manufacturers instruction on a teak protection clear stain which I painted on, 2 coats. within a few weeks - the wood started to chip, turn black and there were many many cracks throughout the piece. I doubt this was real teak.
