The heaters worked initially then stopped working after the Wayfair return period ended. The manufacturer sent parts to repair the heaters which didn't work. I now have 2 non functioning heaters. Would not recommend. this product.

One of the sides broke after 2 uses, and the other side broke after 3 uses (

Can’t get both burners to stay lit

This is flimsy, but pumps out a lot of heat. It took a few tightening of screws for my husband to make it work, and it didn’t ignite at first. Not packed well and rattling around in the box. Then you have to light it with a long-stick lighter. It stays hot long after being turned off so it feels a little unsafe to use as a patio heater to me. We kept it because of COVID, but will probably try to get another heat source that is more stable and less of a safety risk.
