An Elevated Outdoor Playhouse with Slide The Mimosa puts a cottage clubhouse on a raised 37.5" deck, with a wavy slide, climbing stairs and a spinning gear panel built in. Kids climb up, hide out in their own den and slide back down to the yard, then do it all again. It's a backyard playhouse and a play structure in one. What's Included Covered clubhouse: A pitched roof and porthole windows on a raised deck. 71" wavy slide: A long HDPE plastic slide back down to the yard. Climbing stairs: Wide steps with colorful grips, plus grab handles at the top. Gear panel: Spinning gears inside the clubhouse for hands-on play. Play space below: An open, shaded area under the deck. Play That Builds Skills Climbing the stairs and sliding down build balance, coordination and confidence. Spinning the gears builds fine motor skills and early STEM curiosity, and the clubhouse becomes a store, a castle or a hideout for pretend play. Built for the Backyard The Mimosa is made from solid, weather-resistant wood with a smooth sanded finish, an HDPE plastic slide and a durable contrasting roof. Choose a warm Natural finish with a charcoal roof, or a bright White finish. Want a playhouse with a mud kitchen instead? See the Saffron outdoor playhouse. Plan Your Space The Mimosa measures about 105" wide (side to side, including the slide), 47" deep (front to back) and 91" tall. Leave about 6 feet of clear space on all sides, and install it on level ground over 9 inches of loose fill surfacing such as wood mulch or rubber mulch. Recommended for ages 3 to 7 with adult supervision.
