When it gets hot and you try to wind it up and down, it doesn’t catch and sometimes it falls down. I’ve only used it three times and the bottom door doesn’t close in as it should when using it

This grill exceeded my expectations. It is heavy, very solid, and feels extremely well built compared to many other grills I have seen. The assembly process was surprisingly easy and the instructions were clear. Once assembled, it looks impressive and very professional. The adjustable grates and brasero design make it perfect for cooking with wood or charcoal, and it gives you great control over the heat. If you enjoy grilling or making traditional barbecue, this is an excellent setup. Overall, it’s a fantastic grill and I’m very happy with the purchase. It’s definitely a “wow” product and I highly recommend it.

I spent a lot of time searching for a good quality grill and this one sincerely exceeded my expectations. It’s really simple to assemble and the thickness of every single piece is double than most of other grills. You can also see also the quality from the manufacturing process as all the pieces fit to perfection. I strongly recommend it.
