This thing is cheap at is gets in how it is made. It is not comfortable at all.

It's outdoor furniture but apparently it gets MOLDY... total waste of money...please, do not make this product

So many issues with putting this together and I’ve only assembled the chairs so far. My thumb is bruised from the allen key because it was so difficult to tighten the screws. The holes do not align. And some areas get to a point where I just cannot tighten anymore so the screws are exposed and it looks terrible. The final screw for one of the chairs split the wood. I wasn’t doing anything that was not part of the instructions. And no I did not completely screw one screw in before the rest. I did all sides evenly.

Love the furniture! The only complaint is the end pillows are smaller. We bought the lounge set and 3 piece to make a sectional and the inside pillow is smaller. We had enough space to add two additional chairs. Super happy with the functionality, price, and customizability. Perfect for our small deck. Removed one star because of the pillows. Update 1/29/22 didn’t hold up protected and covered outside. Mildew everywhere. Super frustrating. We spent over $1k.

We really loved this overall look and frame, however, after 1 day of rain the bamboo started to turn dark. We were worried bc it shouldn’t be absorbing water. 2 days later there was mold and discoloration. The cushions are made of foam, not water resistant in any way. They all need to be thrown out. Nothing about it is safe for outdoors.
