Extremely disappointing experience—from repeated delivery delays to a leaking hot tub. Delivery kept getting pushed back, and I finally received the hot tub almost two months after ordering it. Had Wayfair provided an accurate delivery estimate, I would have purchased directly from the manufacturer. The delivery itself was a nightmare. This hot tub is approximately 6 × 6 feet and weighs over 400 pounds, yet the two delivery workers arrived with a truck that barely accommodated it and completely inadequate moving equipment. One worker actually had to climb over the hot tub to reach the other side. Their dolly was roughly 2 × 3 feet, flimsy, and clearly unsuitable for something this large and heavy. The delivery instructions even stated that a forklift was needed, but none was provided. Thankfully, my contractor and I were onsite and helped unload the hot tub and move it into its final position. The workers should have been supplied with a properly sized truck and equipment capable of handling the delivery safely. The packaging was also extremely poor: just a few cardboard sheets over the top and some plastic wrap, with very little protective padding around the unit. A few weeks later, when my electrician and contractor came to complete the hookup, we filled it with water and discovered a significant leak underneath, toward the middle/back of the unit. It is leaking badly and will not hold water properly. I cannot confirm whether the leak resulted from shipping or delivery damage, but the inadequate packaging and handling certainly raise concerns. After waiting nearly two months, helping unload it myself, and then discovering that it leaks before we could even enjoy it, this has been an incredibly frustrating purchase. Based on this experience, I would not buy another large item from Wayfair or recommend them for a purchase of this size.

Love the hot tub, I had a few problems. Whats the job But I was able to fix it. Myself. Other than thats 82, just wonderful, just I have no complaints. So far. I would hardly recommend doing it

Tub lasted 2 weeks before I ended up with two leaks. One was small and easy to fix the other from the waterfall is a complete nightmare. Might have to return entire tub. Was quoted 1,000 to cut waterfall out and replace entire fountain.

It took 1 month to receive the tub. It was delivered damaged and took 2 weeks to have it removed from my driveway. It then took an additional 2 months from my original delivery date to receive the replacement. After many phone calls, I did receive some money off. Since I was replacing an older hot tub, the install was vey easy. Now that I have it up and running, I’m in it almost daily. I can’t say enough good things about this tub. The lights are great, the waterfall is really nice and the jets are super powerful. I would give this tub 5 out of 5 if it weren’t for the whole shipping experience.

It has been an amazing ride with upgrading. they did ship it out and they got to me about 7 weeks. It is probably the most beautiful sight. However when we began adding water, it was coming straight through. He can’t find the issue and Wayfair is assisting. Free shipping and the amazing sales they have daily. I will change review after k see what happens.
