Absolutely love this barbecue purchased it for my husband for Father’s Day and I myself fell in love with it. The LED lights are a bonus. Great grill.

Reviews should be separated by Product & Service. Product is going to be great. Service? Ugh. The story is quite lengthy but the highlights are: Ordered this at a time where they had overnight delivery (we'd have it before Labor Day Reunion, Yay) and they were assembling it FREE! It was delivered in a box, unassembled, approx 10 days past due. The box was taped together like it had been a return and there is a dent in the back of the grill cover (we have all the pics). I am getting ready to contact customer assistance as that's always the first step. However, the last return of a twin bed was a nightmare after many contacts so I'm losing faith. Great website to shop but my expectations have been lowered dramatically.

I rate it 3 stars because it arrived with a scrap on the back of the grill, otherwise it would have been rated higher.

Works great but recommend putting together yourself instead of paying extra for assembly. The guy who put ours together messed up the igniter and we have to use a stick lighter to start the grill
