I love this outdoor dining set - looks beautiful on my deck. So why the low rating? I ordered this during a special sale for $2,200 on 7/12- a great price. On 7/14, I got a notification that the order was cancelled. I called Wayfair and was told there was nothing they could do but they gave me a 10% voucher for my next purchase. I went back to the site the same day 7/14 and ordered the exact same set from the same vendor for $2662 and used my reward voucher for a discount of $266.20. The final cost was still nearly $200 more than the first purchase. Lo and behold, the order was accepted and delivered on 7/17! As I said great product but not honoring the original sale price was bait and switch - total BS.

The unit was easily put together. The problem was that it was delivered down the block at a neighbors home who was not there and so it was left in his driveway. In order for the truck to get to that house he had to pass in front of my house that has a large sign with the address, how could he miss it? (photo enclosed) My wife and I, in our 70's had to take a handtruck to get the 6 boxes home. After this happened I contacted customer service twice by email and received the usual BS responses of: At Wayfair, we take great pride in providing best-in-class customer service, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Very sturdy and beautiful outdoor dining set. Perfect spacing for 8 people comfortably. Good for conversation, eating, and playing games on. I would recommend for the price.

This set looks great. It seems well made. Comfortable. Not too bad to put together.
