I bought this due to the size. It fits, but it isn't worth the price. Wish I had spent the money on something else. When assembling, the holes didn't line up and I had to drill a few new ones. Cushions slide as do the chairs since they don't link together. I'll have to create a fix for both of those.

The modular unit is small enough to fit our small deck accommodating low windows, fireplace vent, and not blocking the entrance. The overall quality is so-so. It looks a bit flimsy, pillows and chairs shift quite a bit. It thinks it is overpriced, but since we had very limited options due to size constraints, it works for us. We bought two more modular units from the same collection to make a sectional.

Easy to put together and looks nice. Just wish the cushions had fasteners to keep them from sliding around, which they do quite a bit.

Great for my small balcony; but wish cushions were thicker and that they stayed on the sofa better; cushion color could be less yellow-creamy

giving it a 4 star only flaw is the cushions are pretty thin. other then that the sofa is great!
