Birdhouse is substantial and weighty. Keyhole back not appropriate for hanging, needed to drill holes. Discovered - after I had painted the birdhouse - that the wood came from Belarus, a country currently aiding Russia's war against Ukraine. Had I not already painted the birdhouse, I would have returned it because of the Belarus connection.

Nicely made bird house! Can’t wait for birds to move in!

I love sparrows and want to provide good habitats for them. I bought 2 of these sparrow flats and mounted them on 4x4 posts, because under the rages of my house wasn’t an option. I used mailbox mounting hardware. Hopeful that they’ll be inhabited soon! Very happy with my purchase. Good construction.
